Consultation and Orders

When you request a consultation or place an order for custom tailoring services:

• All measurements and specifications must be provided accurately during fitting sessions

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable once custom work has begun
• Full payment is required before delivery of completed garments
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and e-transfers

Cancellations and Returns

Due to the custom nature of our services:

• Cancellations must be made before fabric is cut or custom work begins
• Deposits are non-refundable once production has started
• We stand behind the quality of our work and will make necessary adjustments to ensure proper fit
• Refunds are not provided for made-to-measure or bespoke items unless there is a manufacturing defect

Alterations and Adjustments

We provide lifetime alterations for garments we create, subject to:

• Alterations required due to manufacturing defects are provided at no charge
• Alterations required due to body changes may incur fees depending on the extent of work required
• Garments must be in good condition and not damaged through wear or improper care

User Content

If you submit any content to our website (such as reviews, testimonials, or comments), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for business purposes.

You represent that any content you submit:

• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not violate any third-party rights
